In today’s online market, honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous and transparent store policy for our customers. Read below to learn more and don’t hesitate to contact us with questions!
If you would like to return a product please email us.
We do not proceed to exchanges, we only accept returns for refund, within 15 days of receipt of the order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on bespoke items (items made-to-order specifically for you).
We simply ask that the following conditions be met:
items must be in their original packaging, with labels and hygienic protection intact.
the items must NOT be worn, washed or otherwise altered
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
The shipping cost incurred for the return are at your expense, we do not cover them and do not refund them.
Please note colours might slightly vary. This is due the fact that every computer, tablet or phone screen has a different capability to display colours.
We are always receiving new batches of fabric, therefore previous batch colour may not be the exact same colour as the next batch of fabrics, so if you are purchasing another pair of bottoms or a top to match your past purchases we always recommend to ask us prior as there is a high chance the colour will not match and therefore we always advise to purchase a full set at the same time to ensure you receive the exact same colour for the top and bottoms.
All of our swimwear is double-layered but some lighter colours may go see through when wet, if you are concerned about this please select a darker colour or email email@example.com for colour recommendations, sizing, fit or any other questions you may have.
